  • When you are ready to enroll, an account link will be sent to you. This account will create a profile for your child and family that will be used throughout your enrollment with us. Once an account is established by you, your registration fee of $200 (per family) will secure your child's enrollment for your desired start date (This fee is non-refundable).
  • After securing your enrollment, we will email you all the required forms that are maintained in your child's file. These forms must all be completed prior to your child's first day.
  • At Hometown Academy, we prioritize safety and security through set measures and procedures with the commitment to keep our children, families, and staff safe
  • Personalized Security: Each family receives a unique door code, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the building. (Please do not share this code with family members).
  • Name-to-Face Attendance: A name-to-face attendance check is conducted whenever there is a change in location, ensuring all children are accounted for at all times.
  • Cameras: The building is monitored by a network of cameras, providing continuous coverage and ensuring the safety of everyone on the premises.
  • Sign-In and ID Requirements: All visitors, therapists, service providers, and alternate pick-ups are required to present identification. All children must be signed in/out.
  • We are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • The ratios established by DHS are as follows:

    Infants (under 1 year): 1 staff per 4 children
    Young toddlers (1-2 years): 1 staff per 5 children
    Older toddlers (2-3 years): 1 staff per 6 children
    Preschoolers (3-4 years): 1 staff per 10 children
    Pre-kindergarten (4-5 years): 1 staff per 10 children

  • Morning and afternoon snacks are provided daily to children. A snack calendar is provided monthly, and alternate snacks are available to children with allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Lunches are provided by families. We encourage parents to send lunches that need refrigeration or heating, as all classrooms are equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. We are not nut-free, but very mindful of allergens. Should your child have an allergy, our Educators will work with you to review your child's Allergy Action Plan and the details surrounding your child's needs.

  • Once enrolled, you may opt to have your payments processed via ACH or credit card. Tuition is processed monthly on the 1st of the month.
  • ELRC (Subsidy) is accepted.
