About Our Curriculum
At Hometown Academy, we believe in fostering a love for learning through hands-on, play-based activities that promote creativity, social skills, and emotional growth. Our curriculum promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Activities are designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork among children. An organized daily routine is established where children feel secure and have an understanding of what to expect throughout the day.

Math & Science
Having an introduction to math and science is crucial for fostering foundational skills that children will build upon throughout their academic careers. Both not only contribute to cognitive development but also enhance critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a
sense of curiosity about the world. Math is woven throughout daily activities using manipulatives during play and fun activities that provide tactile experiences that enhance their understanding.
Children are naturally inquisitive, and creating an environment where they can ask questions and explore answers through hands-on experiments is vital in early years. At Hometown Academy, children will collaborate through science experiments, books, guided discussions, and observations that can help develop skills for scientific inquiry.
